Welcome to Rodeo Rejuvenation Studio. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, major credit cards, and applicable financing plans. All sales of treatments, packages, and products are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered. In the case of prepaid packages, unused sessions may be credited toward other services at our discretion.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Rodeo Rejuvenation Studio provides aesthetic and wellness services under the supervision of qualified medical professionals. However, our treatments are not a substitute for primary medical care. Please consult your physician before beginning any new treatment, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate medical histories and disclose any current medications, allergies, or health concerns prior to treatment. Rodeo Rejuvenation Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
5. Results & Guarantees
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, individual outcomes may vary based on several factors, including age, skin condition, lifestyle, and compliance with aftercare. Rodeo Rejuvenation Studio makes no guarantees regarding the results of any treatment.
6. Privacy Policy
All client information is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our internal privacy policy. We do not share or sell your personal information without your consent.
7. Right to Refuse Service
Rodeo Rejuvenation Studio reserves the right to refuse service to any client who is disruptive, abusive, or whose medical history indicates a treatment may not be safe or appropriate.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
